We are Randy's Vault LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our")! We offer a gallery of free stock photos for your use. By accessing, downloading, or using our website or any photos, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). This agreement is formed and binding upon the act of downloading any photo from our gallery.

 

Grant of Free License

 

Randy's Vault LLC grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable license to download, copy, distribute, and use the photos from our gallery for free, including for commercial purposes. This license does not transfer ownership or copyright of any photos.

This license requires that a small, inconspicuous watermark, as placed by Randy's Vault LLC, must remain on any downloaded photo.

This license does not allow you to:

• Redistribute or sell the photos on other stock photo websites or platforms.

• Compile the photos to replicate a similar or competing service.

• Use the photos to create new stock photos or similar products.

• Alter the primary image, though the addition of text or filters is permissible.

 

Prohibited Uses

 

 

You are specifically prohibited from using the photos in the following ways:

• Depicting any person in a photo in a false or misleading light.

• Using a person's likeness in a way that suggests a product endorsement without their consent.

• Using the photos for any purpose that is illegal under the licensee's local laws.

• Reselling the photos as standalone images.

 

 Revocation of License and Penalties

 

 

The free license granted under these Terms can be revoked, for any reason, at the sole discretion of Randy's Vault LLC. There is no appeal process for this decision, and all revocations are final.

Upon written request from Randy's Vault LLC or its representatives, sent via email, the licensee agrees to immediately cease all use of the specified photos.

Any violation of this agreement will result in the following penalties, to which the licensee agrees:

• A fine of $200.00 will be assessed per photo, per violation.

• The licensee agrees to waive any and all legal avenues of appeal for this fine.

• Unpaid fines will accrue a daily interest rate of 14.75%. The licensee agrees this interest is also non-appealable.

• Fines will be assessed 5 days after the licensee is notified of a violation.

Randy's Vault LLC may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, discontinue the free license program at any time.

 Donations

 

Users may, at their option, provide a donation to Randy's Vault LLC via our 'donation link.' For any amount donated, the licensee is permitted to remove the watermark from any photos they download.

• Any donation is considered a gift to Randy's Vault LLC and is not tax-deductible.

• Donations are non-refundable unless placed in error.

 

 Disclaimers

 

THE PHOTOS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." RANDY'S VAULT LLC MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PHOTOS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

 

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RANDY'S VAULT LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE PHOTOS OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE PHOTOS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Randy's Vault LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, images, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the photos or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

​

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website and photos after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

​

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws of your area.
